Are DDownload Premium and Ultimate the same thing?
Yes. DDownload now calls its paid membership Ultimate on the official pricing page, while many users still call it DDownload Premium. Both names refer to the exact same paid upgrade that removes free speed caps, timers, and ads.
How much does DDownload Ultimate cost?

Can I cancel my subscription or get a refund?
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time in your account profile so it reverts to a free plan after the paid term ends. Because digital accounts activate right away, refunds generally do not apply once used—if you want to avoid automatic renewal from day one, pick the 30-day one-time payment option.
2. Download Speeds, Daily Limits & JDownloader 2
What is the daily download limit on DDownload Premium?
Every Ultimate Premium account includes 200 GB of high-speed download traffic per day (6,000 GB per month). Your daily bandwidth resets automatically every 24 hours.
How fast is DDownload Premium compared to Free mode?
In our hands-on DDownload Speed Test, free browser downloads were capped at 89.6 KB/s. Upgrading to Premium boosted our single-file Chrome speed to 13.9 MB/s (155x faster), 4-file parallel Chrome downloads to ~44.5 MB/s, and multi-pack JDownloader 2 queues past 113 MiB/s.
Does DDownload work with JDownloader 2?
Yes. Open JDownloader 2, add your account under Settings → Account Manager, and turn on Direct Downloads in your DDownload web profile. Running 4 to 8 parallel files in JDownloader 2 is the best way to max out a fast fiber connection.
I bought Premium, so why is the system not recognizing my account?
Make sure your browser allows cookies and that no ad-blocker or privacy extension is blocking DDownload’s session cookies. Log out and log back in, or refresh your account status inside JDownloader 2.
3. File Storage, Uploading & Platform Rules
How long will my files stay on DDownload servers?
For guest and free registered users, files stay online for 30 days of inactivity. For active Premium users, files are kept for at least 60 days after the most recent download (with extended retention while your Ultimate account remains active).
What kind of files can I upload, and how do I delete them?
You can upload documents, photos, music, videos, and RAR/ZIP archives up to 100 GB per file on Premium, as long as the content follows DDownload’s terms of service (no illegal or prohibited material). When you upload a file, DDownload generates both a download link and a unique delete link so you can remove the file at any time.
Can other people search for my private files or hotlink them?
No. To protect user privacy, DDownload does not have a public file search engine—only people with your share link (and password, if set) can access your files. Direct hotlinking of embedded images or videos on external websites is not supported.
